It is the idea that the world is long and includes the trend of moving from the city hustle and bustle of the better and more peaceful place to live, raise families and other anti-stress benefits.

The fact that Belgrade is the only major cities in Europe that has developed the concept and the relationship between the suburbs and the city, gave more to the right triggers and decision of this idea in the country (it is about investor English, "Argyle"), to initiate the process of purchasing high-quality houses and sites for resettlement of those who have had enough of city noise and pollution, both in Belgrade and in Novi Sad.

Good quality of life in just 15 minutes from downtown?

At a presentation held recently in Belgrade, pointed out that it is primarily about the future of the Serbian market residential properties, that is, further, has bought around 200 houses in the vicinity of Belgrade and Novi Sad and they are all located at only fifteen minutes drive to the centers of these cities. By this we mean enjoying the quality, not life as residents of a village, especially those dealing with agriculture and live by it. The charm is in the enjoyment of nature and at the same time have all the conditions of urban housing, which have developed the necessary infrastructure, and that can get to work for 15 to 20 minutes. About the Investment Fund, which represents, Mark Holden says that they should be seen as investors, not as mediators. And he adds that a similar concept developed in recent years in Montenegro. "People in Montenegro in the beginning, when we laughed, as opposed to Russian investors and customers, the acquisition did house in the hills, at some 1000 meters above sea level. It later turned out to be a clever development because the property prices soared. And the view is fantastic from that height, "says Holden.

Experience "mad Englishmen" from Montenegro

About the business in Montenegro told us and Chris Kemzi, Holdenov colleagues from the "Ultimate Holdings". "We started long before others in identifying the property and those areas that are suitable for investment in the region. When we started our activities in Montenegro, they were interested in the sea. While the Russians have bought, for example, in addition to land Reževići Sea and up to 100,000 euros values, we focused on the inside, where the property had cost up to ten times less. thought we were mad Englishmen ... But we wanted to ensure that we offer in real estate primarily quality of life. We started to enter the area around Lake Skadar, about or around Zabljak Kolasin, and it is now paid off, "said Kemzi with an emphasis on the fact that in business in Montenegro invested tens of millions of euros. Kemzi states that now have a vision of investing in Serbia. "We see that there is a potential for application of this philosophy of living," said our interlocutor.

So, to stress once again that it is a process by which the purchase of existing houses in the vicinity of Belgrade and Novi Sad, then adapt to the wishes and needs of customers, all at the price of housing in the city. Financial structure, which for many in Serbia, the issue before all the questions, in this case shows that much gain in savings, and the quality of life. Thus, as one of the key evidence, according to calculations that the cost of an apartment of about fifty square on, say, Cukaricka slope in Belgrade, may be obtained from about 200 m2 house with additional land and about 3,000 m2, with all equipment customarily used for city life.
