Our business partners are:

• Wolf & McGill Company, is renowned consultancy firm that deals with counseling and providing a wide range of consulting services, specialized in real estate for South East Europe. Within the services provided, Wolf & McGill offers financial engineering of complex proprietary models with special focus on multi-property portfolio, hotels and major retail stores.
• Ultimate Holdings is a foreign company that operates the real estate market of Serbia and representing the investment fund from the UK who made a significant investment in the territory of Serbia and Montenegro. Our cooperation is based on a joint appearance on the market in connection with real estate transactions for the fund, as well as servicing portfolio already owned by the fund, consisting of a large number of houses and rural households in the villages around Belgrade and Novi Sad. During the acquisition process for Ultimate Holdings, Ethnico Llc has located, legally processed, and purchased all assets from the existing portfolio, which includes 138 properties. In addition, we worked on portfolio management and renovation of many houses. Currently we do brokerage business, offering and selling a number of properties in the portfolio, which we previously adapted and improved the level of quality of life in them. We still actively work on the purchase of new homes increasing the portfolio.
