DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Facility Control:

Standard package (€ 35 once per month, € 60 twice par month):

• Keeping the spare keys
• Control of the property (notification in case of damage, burglary attempt, natural disasters...)
• Aeration
• Clearance and control of water pipes
• Collection and forward of mail to owner's address
• Collection and payment of your bills
• Control of electrical installation, voltage ramp at the main electrical cabinet and replacement of bulbs
• Collecting data on water and electricity consumption
• Monthly report on the state of real estate with photos

Maintenance and repairse

• Septic tank cleaning
• Maintenance of heating (oil, gas central...)
• Cleaning and maintenance of the pool
• Simple craft interventions
• Repairs and renovations (painting, varnishing woodwork, flooring installation...)

Cleaning services

(basic cleaning:  € 0.30/m2, detailed cleaning: € 0.50/m2):

• Basic cleaning of the building (floors and windows cleaning, disinfection of toilets, dusting...)
• Detailed cleaning of the building (the basic package cleaning service with an additional washing of beddings, curtains, carpets, laundry...)

• Gardening (trimming plants, mowing grass, hilling the garden...)
